• 2 cups of blueberries
  • 2 cups of peaches
  • 1⁄4 raspberry juice concentrate
  • 1 cup vanilla soy milk
  • 1 cup soy yogurt
  • 1⁄2 tsp. coconut extract (pure)


To Make:

combine blueberries, peaches and soy-milk in a blender. Cover and process until smooth. Add the raspberry frozen juice concentrate, yogurt and coconut extract. Blend again. Pour into 4 glasses. Garnish with blueberries if desired. Serve immediately.
