2 cups of blueberries
2 cups of peaches
1⁄4 raspberry juice concentrate
1 cup vanilla soy milk
1 cup soy yogurt
1⁄2 tsp. coconut extract (pure)
Combine blueberries, peaches and soy-milk in a blender. Cover and process until smooth. Add the raspberry frozen juice concentrate, yogurt and coconut extract. Blend again. Pour into 4 glasses. Garnish with blueberries if desired. Serve immediately.
